PPWR Roles and Obligations
Many companies operate in several roles simultaneously as producers, manufacturers, importers and distributors.
Each role has its own requirements.

Any company who supplies packaging or packaging components to a manufacturer.

Manufacturer
Any company who manufactures packaging, or packaged product under their own name or brand.

Producer
Any company (including Manufacturers, Distributors & Importers) who places packaging or

Material reporting to EPR.
Payment of EPR fees.
Any company who resells or passes on packaging or packaged goods.
